Quick Start 3: Google Arbitrage

Skills needed: HTML Basics
Investment: $5 AdWords signup fee, +Daily Bugged You Set
Revenue: AdSence Ads

The so called Google Arbitrage is the fastest Internet Business Start-Up.
The concept is simple; You buy cheap clicks with Adwords and than you sell clicks at higher price with AdSense.
You have to create at least one HTML page with embedded Google AdSense Ads to generate revenue.
 Afterwards you bring in targeted visitors using AdWords , The Google’s PPC program.
The pages you create must have useful data for the visitors (Googles’ policy). Therefore, the best practice is to post keyword reach Articles on your WEB pages. You can write the articles yourself or you can use some from free Article syndication programs.
To sign up for AdWords you need Credit Card and $5. Afterwards you will set you daily budget depending on your abilities, needs and generated revenues from AdSence. For every invested $1 you can earn up to $3 or more.
Quick Steps:
1.Register free sub domain account at 50webs.com. (If you want, you can buy a domain name and hosting but it is not really necessary in this type of Internet Business. 50Webs is just fine, it is ads free and you get 60MB space.

2. Find high paying AdSence Keywords. You can type “top paying adsense keywords” or “high paying adsense keyword list” in the search engines.

You can notice that some businesses are ready to pay over $50 for a single click. Remember, these are the prices for ads placed on the search engines, for the ads embedded in your Site you can get from $5 to $10 per click for the highest paying keywords. It is still pretty good. Imagine how much money you can make if you pay only 5cents per click and 20% of the visitors click at your AdSense ads. I’m using this program and I get $10 daily for $3 spent only. To bad it is a very small Market niche. Other people witness that they founded more profitable markets and earn up to $4000 per month.

3. You have to have two sets of keywords. The high paying keywords are your primary keywords and you will build your pages around these words. For every primary keyword you must find related (secondary) keywords. The secondary keywords you select are less competitive and you will pay low price down to 1cent per click. Make sure that the price of a click you sell is 4 or more times higher than the price you pay for every single click. You can expect CTR (click trough rate) up to 50%.
Example: use “Payroll Software” as you primary keyword. Than you can bring in visitors using keywords like; “payroll schemes”, “payroll system” or “payroll strategies” as secondary keywords.

4. Write (or find articles) that contain your primary keyword or keywords. Example: Payroll Software.  You can find syndicated articles to use at EzineArticles.com, GoArticles.Com, or Isnare.com .
5. Copy-Paste the writen or selected article in the AdSense ready templates. Find free AdSence ready templates here . You can use the Solar Power template as universal one. (After you sign up for AdSense just paste your AdSense Codes in to the template (replace the existing codes). Also adjust other custom settings like dimensions, colors and background to bland the ads into the template for best results.) Don’t forget to include at least one outgoing link from every page you make. (Google Policy).

6. Upload your mini Site at your domain or subdomain (at 50webs.com) using the File Manager or FTP. Make sure that AdSense is displaying the right Ads. If not, place the following HTML tags around the article in the source:
<!-- google_ad_section_start -->
Article Text
<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

7. If you don’t have AdSense Account Sign up. Wait few days for approval. Afterwards, place your AdSense Codes in the template. (See Step 4) This step comes after you upload your initial pages because when you sign up for AdSense you have to have at least one site to declare.

8. Sign up for Google AdWords. You need a Credit Card. Try to find some promotion bonus ($50 for new starters)
9. Create Your Ads. Use targeted (secondary) keywords in the ad Title. Target keywords using exact match only. Example: [payroll system], [payroll schemes] etc. Set maximum bid for click at 5cents (later you can go higher). Set your daily budget from $5 to $10 at the beginning.

10. Compare the Revenues and Expenditures at the end of the day. If you are not making many start all over again. If you are successful, widen your keyword selection and try new niches.

Hints:
- For every keyword (or groups of keywords) you plan to hunt with AdWords create separate HTML page. That way, you can check the profitably for every keyword. (Make sure to create tracking URL channels in AdSense.)
- At AdWords Use all tree tiers: Google Search, Google’s Search Partners and Contextual Partner Sites. For the contextual partner sites you can pay as low as 1cent per click
- Target only USA, Canadian and UK visitors.
Be careful:
- This method doesn’t always work. You must combine profitable keywords (for Adsence revenue) and cheep keywords (for AdWords PPC). Usually all keywords in same market niche have similar prices. That means that you have to find keyword gaps. Fortunately, it’s possible to find related keywords for smaller price. Use the Free Google Keyword Tool to find keyword niches. Example: type “payroll”, and see all niches containing the keyword payroll, type “payroll software” to see all niches that contain keywords payroll software.
- Start with small daily budgets to check the profitability of the keywords
- If you are losing money change the strategy or stop the program, this is not a lottery; if you didn’t win today you wouldn’t win tomorrow either.
Good luck.
